You will be guided through:

 One - 45-minute private coaching session each week (4 private one-on-one sessions, virtual or in person)

Private sessions can be recorded for your personal use at a later date

Workplace Coaching

Do you notice feeling distracted or unproductive at work? Are your employees job performance rates decreasing? Perhaps you’re trapped in believing you must multitask at work in order to be productive. Learning and practicing mindfulness can help focus our attention. When we learn to focus, we are less distractible and can be more efficient and productive. Studies show that employees that practice mindfulness are more content and job performance increases.

These highly interactive workshops (virtual or in person) bring mindfulness expertise and experiential learning to your organization.

  • The 1-hour workshop introduces your team to the practice of mindfulness in the workplace.

  • The 3-hour workshop gives your team an overview of the theories and applications of mindfulness.

  • The full-day workshop further develops the introductory concepts and applications of mindfulness.

  • A customized workshop (4-week 1-hour workshops, 2 full days, etc.) can be tailored to your team!
