You will be guided through:
1 - 45 minute private coaching sessions (virtual or in person)
1 - 45 minute group coaching session each week to review practices (virtual or in person)
Daily group accountability; includes reminders, new practices, worksheets (email or text)
All basics in meditation: Introduction to mindfulness, postures, space preparation, setting an intention, breathwork, various meditation practices
Group Coaching Includes:
